Training


Facts On File offers free Web-based training for its online databases. Account administrators with subscriptions and/or trials to any of our databases may request an online training session with a member of our sales team. The sessions will cover Facts On File's publishing program and the content, features, and functionality of one or several of our online resources. Participants must have access to a phone and internet connection.

To request a training session, please complete the form below. After receiving your request, we will contact you by email within two business days.
